Abstract
Araştırma, ortaokullarda ve liselerde öğretim faaliyetleri gerçekleştiren öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitimde karşılaştığı sorunları belirlemeyi amaç edinmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmaya 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Antalya ili Korkuteli ilçesinde ortaokullarda ve liselerde öğretim faaliyetleri gerçekleştiren, pandemi sürecinde uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarıyla eğitim veren 135 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırma verileri, Metin ve Korkman tarafından geliştirilen “Uzaktan Eğitim Sürecinde Öğretmenlerin Karşılaştığı Sorunları Belirlemeye Yönelik Ölçek” (2021) ve kişisel bilgi formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Toplanan araştırma verileri SPSS 22.00 programında analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada ölçekte yer alan maddelere katılım düzeyleri yüzde ve frekans dağılımları göz önünde bulundurularak değerlendirilmiş ve ölçekteki her bir maddenin aritmetik ortalamasına bakılarak derecelendirilmiştir. Yapılan istatistiksel işlemler sonucunda uzaktan eğitimde öğretmenlerin karşılaştığı sorunların ortalamasının 3,75 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada öğretmenlerin teknolojik gelişmeleri yakından takip edebilmeleri, kendi gelişimlerine katkı sağlayabilmeleri için halk eğitim kurslarında eğitim verilebileceği ve öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitimle ilgili olumsuz düşüncelerini bertaraf etmek ve uzaktan eğitimi etkili kullanabilmelerini sağlamak için konferans vb. etkinlikler düzenlenebileceği önerilmiştir.

Abstract
The research aimed to determine the problems faced by teachers who carry out teaching activities in secondary schools and high schools in distance education. For this purpose, 135 teachers who carried out teaching activities in secondary schools and high schools in Korkuteli district of Antalya province in the 2021-2022 academic year and provided education with distance education applications during the pandemic participated in the research. The research data were collected through the “Scale for Determining the Problems Faced by Teachers in the Distance Education Process” (2021) developed by Metin and Korkman and the personal information form. The collected research data were analyzed in the SPSS 22.00 program. The levels of participation in the items included in the scale were evaluated by considering the percentage and frequency distributions and were rated by looking at the arithmetic average of each item on the scale. As a result of the statistical procedures performed, it has been determined that the average of the problems encountered by teachers in distance education is 3,75. In the study, teachers can be trained in public education courses so that they can closely follow technological developments, contribute to their own development, and in order to eliminate negative thoughts of teachers about distance education and ensure that they can use distance education effectively, conferences, etc. it was suggested that events could be organized.
